Roast the bell peppers — Start by roasting the red peppers halves in a preheated oven until soft and slightly charred. Remove the charred bell peppers from the oven and allow them to cool. Remove the excess charred skin and allow it to cool. Serve — For a serving that looks as tempting as the dish itself is, transfer the hummus to a serving bowl.
