You can buy Italian herb seasoning in stores and supermarkets but I prefer to make mine by mixing all the dried herbs. Adjust your salt because if tasted as is, it will taste bland as I prefer to keep salt on the lower side and later adjust that in my recipe rather than allowing the salt in a seasoning overpowering the whole recipe. Store it in an airtight container and you are good to go for at least 3 months, if you can resist not using it. You can also add dried cilantro to this seasoning to add extra flavor. Gather all your spices and follow the pictorial directions. FOR THE RECIPE – Will yield 4 1/2  tablespoon of Italian Herb seasoning 1 tablespoon Basil 1 tablespoon Marjoram 1 Tablespoon Oregano 1/2 tablespoon Rosemary 1/2 tablespoon Thyme 2 teaspoon Paprika or Red chili powder 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all the seasoning in a bowl and mix. There you have it – no food processor or mixer – Just simple mix and store in airtight container.
